Company Background
Built from passion and cemented with experience, Caudle Developments has always been a labour of love for self-confessed building obsessive Dan Caudle. What began as a childhood fascination with the architectural quality of home extensions – and particularly the poor results of many – became a single-minded mission to master the art of this most vital of trades.
Dan is an experienced building contractor and craftsman, with 19 years in the trade working with a hand-picked team of designers, contractors, and tradespeople. Caudle Developments arose from the work Dan carried out on residential homes in the local area. As his professional reputation and project book grew, he needed to expand his capacity to take on larger and more ambitious projects, and to shorten turnaround time for his customers. The business now has a brilliant in-house team, and a trusted network of contractors and suppliers.
